Environmental Inks and Coatings Corporation (EIC), Morganton, NC (www.envinks.com), has signed an agreement to acquire Arcar Graphics, a subsidiary of Flint Ink North America Corporation. The transaction is expected to close the end of August 2003.      Arcar Graphics, headquartered in West Chicago, IL, manufactures water-based and UV-curable flexographic and screen printing inks.
